GLASS WORK, FUSED GLASS JEWELLERY & MOSAIC
My regular clients will be aware of my growing interest in Glass, and quite a few of them are now the proud owners of a few unique pieces. I started working with glass approx. 3 years ago, and lots of my work can be seen in and around my home.
I enjoy creating various unique pieces using copper foiling (Tiffany style), traditional leading, kiln fusing and mosaic.
Since September 2011, I have been fusing glass in a small microwave kiln, creating both pendants and cufflinks. The Bristol Blue Glass pendants have been very popular, and I usually have some on display in the presentation cabinet in my treatment room.
Pendants are available to purchase at £15.00 each unboxed, or supplied with a Sterling Silver chain, in a presentation box for £25.00.
Cufflinks are available in a presentation box at £28.00.
Commissions are also possible, so if you require that special something to go with a specific outfit or for a special occasion, do talk to me about it.
Fused glass jewellery is extra special. Each piece is unique & could become a very special gift.
NEW FOR 2012
I am considering running the occasional Mosaic workshop, where you can learn some of the skills & make your own mosaic. My intention is to teach in very small groups of up to 4 people, either as a half day or a whole day workshop.
