I have updated my therapy price list and included a few new treatments that I will now be offering. The new price list will commence on 1st July. Any treatments booked in prior to the 1st July, but taken during July will be honoured at the previous price.

During February 2008 I undertook postgraduate training in the following:
- Thai Couch Massage
- Thai Aromatherapy & Herbal Compress Massage
- Thai Foot Massage
Having benefited myself from Thai massage I was keen to learn some of the more traditional Thai techniques along with one of the most recent treatments to hit the UK - Thai Herbal Compress Massage. This is a superb treatment, incorporating an oil massage along various Sen (energy) lines, followed by the application of a hot herbal compress, and the use of traditional Thai stretches. I trained with Simon Gall of LSTM (London School of Traditional Massage), who himself studied in Thailand.
Having practiced these therapies for a while, I am now happy to offer them to my regular clients.
During April I trained in the use of Hot Stones for massage. This therapy is very popular within Spas, and is often seen as a luxury treatment. Carefully selected Basalt stones are heated in a tank of water, dried & oiled, and incorporated into the massage. The heat from the stone helps the muscles to relax & is wonderfully soothing.
I am researching into the various qualities of Hot Stone kits on the market, and therefore am not yet ready to offer this therapy to my clients.
BABY & INFANT MASSAGE INSTRUCTION - HAVE A DIY CLASS AT HOME!
Baby & Infant Massage classes are now available, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Baby massage is beneficial both to baby & parent, aiding bonding, improving communication, increasing confidence, calms, soothes & relaxes, improves sleep for baby & parents.......

I am also offering a 'Mum to be - Baby in waiting' Gift Voucher. This is a two part gift voucher which retails at £50.00, making it a wonderful present to give to a Mum as she embarks on Maternity Leave.
The gift voucher enables the 'Mum to be' to have a therapy before the birth, along with an introductory lesson in baby massage. Following the birth she can enjoy a second lesson with her baby for further 'hands on' instruction.
